I am an exporter of handy- craft basical Drums, mask, bags, baskets, and An Acca Part 2 Accountant. My full name is Elvis Yizura Owner of visey ventures 30 years old.
Comment avez-vous préparé votre présence ici au SIAO 2010 et qu’avez-vous à exposer ?
Getting the opportunity to attent was a bit difficult since government had to support and at ago one could not tell which company would be choicen for the fair but all the same nice. Production and export of drums, leather bag collection off all type of African mask and Brass works.
Le SIAO permet à chaque pays d’exposer sa culture à travers l’artisanat. Qu’est-ce que ca représente pour vous ?
In my view civilization started from Africa looking at the dates given for some arts.
Quelles sont vos attentes durant et au sortir de cette 12ème édition du SIAO ?
Not money and sales but seeing my self getting more orders from the fair.
L’artisanat nourrit-il son Homme ? En Claire, le métier que vous faites est-il rentable ?
As i said firt one must first love it and if that is done one would surely eat from it.
Comment faites vous face à la concurrence des produits européens et surtout asiatiques ?
In Ghana it is not much a problem since government and other egents and always there to help financial if only your deal is clear.
Le thème cette édition c’est « Artisanat, jeunesse et emploi » ; quel serait votre apport pour l’emploi des jeunes par l’artisanat ?
I would say by promoting handy craft to put value on the items would raise the prices and if that is done the yougth would like to go into it.
Quel serait d’après vous, la meilleure façon de promouvoir l’artisan africain ?
Producers and exporters must have love first for the art and financial benefits secound. Fairs and financial support for the well perform companies.

About 60,000 to 70,000 CFA and a maximum of 40,000 CFA for all the 4 days.
Que diriez-vous de l’organisation de cette édition ?
Well a free environment for both buyers and exhibiters.
Avez-vous un message à l’endroit de l’ensemble des visiteurs ?
For language problems they should do their must to accommodate our difficulty in expression.

I have not had a chance of engaging them one on one but at a look of things they are doing well and i hope the would be developing yearly.

A ware house for stock of our goods has become a problem and my view on general performs is good.
