Par le présent avis, Plan Burkina Faso lance un appel à candidatures pour le recrutement d’un (01) Assistant Comptable chargé de la TVA.
I) UN (01) ASSISTANT COMPTABLE CHARGE DE LA TVA
– Lieu d’affectation : Ouagadougou
– Nature du Contrat : CDD / 2 ans renouvelable
RÉSUMÉ DES TACHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
– Préparer les états mensuels de retenus à la source de 1%, 5%, 10% et l’IRF et les transmettre aux Services des Impôts conformément aux délais ;
– Communiquer aux entreprises les références des chèques roses ;
– Mettre à jour de façon continue la liste exhaustive des entreprises auxquelles Plan reste redevable de la TVA ;
– Constituer, déposer et suivre les dossiers d’exonération de la TVA ;
– Classer et tenir à jour les dossiers TVA ;
– Servir d’intermédiaire entre le Service des Impôts et Plan pour les questions fiscales et se tenir informé de tout changement relatif à la législation en vigueur ;
QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE
– Être titulaire d’un BAC G2 ;
– Avoir une expérience professionnelle d’au moins deux ans à un poste similaire ;
– Avoir une bonne maitrise de l’outil informatique notamment les logiciels tels que word processing, spreedsheet, database, web-based system ;

– Être intègre et de bonne moralité ;
– Recherche de l’exhaustivité et de l’exactitude des chiffres ;
– Avoir une maitrise parfaite de la langue française et un niveau moyen en anglais (parlé /écrit) ;
– Être orienté vers des résultats concrets ;
– Capacités à travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires ;
– Être engagé pour la cause des enfants et adhérer à la vision et à la mission de Plan ;
– Être de nationalité Burkinabé.

II) UN (01) Education and Early Child Care & Development (Education and ECCD) Specialist
Plan Burkina, an international child centered community development organization, is looking for a results oriented person to fill the position of Education and ECCD Specialist for nine (09) months contract. This position based in the Country Office, Ouagadougou, reports to the Chief of Party (CoP) BRIGHT. The job requires extensive travel in the program areas.
JOB SUMMARY
The Education and ECCD Specialist devotes all his work time to the BRIGHT project where he serves as the project’s full-time technical lead for all education activities outside of school construction under the supervision of the COP. These activities include social mobilization and public advocacy to support girls’ education, teacher training, school management training, literacy and management training for parent and community groups, provision of instructional materials, pedagogical support, and tutoring programs
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Serving as the technical lead on all education activities outside of school construction ;
– Leading the design, oversight, and monitoring of education and community mobilization activities ;
– Managing education personnel in the main office and in field offices ;
– Providing necessary support and assistance to the implementing partners ;
– Contributing detailed and accurate written inputs to fulfill project technical and financial reporting requirements ;
– Coordinating activities related to Bisongo with FAWE and MASSN ;
– Assuring bisongo program and curricula meet minimum standards designed by MASSN ;
– Assuring bisongo staff (‘’petites mamans’’) and management committees (COGES) get appropriate training ;
– Coordinating with FAWE and Tin Tua the introduction of a minimum sensitization package regarding bisongo in their activities ;
– Coordinating with partners, sub-grantees, government agencies, international and local NGOs, schools, and community organizations ;
– Tracking progress of BRIGHT II, Phase 2 education software activities and updating the Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) to be shared with all partners ;
– Serving as the primary representative of project activities within and outside the project ;
– Representing project education activities in key coordination meetings ;
– Coordinating closely with other senior project staff including construction on joint activities ;
– Liaising with the donor and government officials ; Networking with education technical and financial partners ;
– Liaising and coordinating with other education activities ongoing in Burkina Faso ; including Plan’s ongoing education programs ;
– Preparing reports and other requested documentations related to the project ;
– Traveling to the field to oversee education activities and events ;
– Representing BRIGHT or Plan in meetings when requested ;
– Assisting the Chief of Party as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
– University degree in social sciences (BAC + 4 or Masters or equivalent) with strong knowledge of development issues in the context of Burkina Faso ;
– Excellent knowledge of the Burkina Faso educational system, preferably primary education and early child care ;
– Experience in leveraging and managing grants ;
– Five years experience in education project management including capacity building techniques ;
– Large experience in community mobilization and participatory approaches ; – Fluent both in English and French ;
– Good writing skills ;
– Fluent in at least one of the widely spoken languages of the project area Moore, Fulfulde, Gulmancema or Jula ;
– Computer literate : word processing, spreadsheet, power point, internet, etc.

– Strong organization ability ; good at prioritizing ;
– Good team player ;
– Excellent negotiation and management skills ;
– Facilitation skills
– Written and oral communication skills, including presentation and public speaking ;
– Ability to represent Plan
